桑建兵，教授。1974年3月出生，河北邢台人，力學及機械工程專業碩士生導師，河北工業大學機械工程學院力學系副主任。 1994.09-1998.07 河南理工大學建築工程系土木工程專業上本科。
1998.07-2001.09 河北省峰峰礦務局工程處工作。
2001.09-2004.05 河北工業大學機械學院機械設計及理論專業讀碩士。
