主授課程

本科生課程有《生物工程設備》、《廢水生化處理》、《生物反應工程基礎》、《發酵工廠設計概論》、《細胞工程》等，主講博士研究生課程一門，碩士生課程兩門。

社會任職

中國微生物學會會員，國家自然科學基金評審專家，教育部項目和獎勵評審專家，廣東省科技計畫項目評審專家，International Journal of Modern Biology and Medicine編委，Bioresource Technology、International Journal of Green Energy和Journal of Hazardous Materials等期刊審稿人。

主要研究方向與項目

研究方向

主要從事微生物發酵的研究，主要研究方向為套用生物技術、纖維素酒精及工業廢棄物綜合利用。2000年10月至2001年6月香港大學訪問學者。2007年8月至2008年8月在美國Dartmouth College 從事纖維素髮酵生產酒精的研究。

科研項目

科研方面，先後主持和參與國家自然科學基金、廣東省技術創新項目、自然科學基金、科技攻關項目、廣州市科技攻關以及企業科技開發等項目的研究。主持包括國家自然科學基金和廣東省科技計畫項目在內的項目10項，在研項目8項。在五碳糖菌種篩選、構建及進化、廢棄紙漿同步糖化發酵生產酒精、嗜熱菌直接發酵纖維素生產酒精、微生物發酵生產蝦青素以及發酵廢水處理技術的研究和套用方面進行了深入的研究。
