內容簡介
《高級體驗英語：綜合教程1》為《綜合教程》系列第一冊，共階單元，每個單元包含5個部分。
第一部分（part one：warming up）是熱身練習。該部分以閱讀和視聽材料的學習為主。一方面給學生提供一些語言樣本，另一方面的引發學生的學習興趣。其中一部分練習活動為後面的活動作內容或語言上的準備。在語言技能訓練上，本部分以接收性（即聽、讀）訓練為主，輔之以適當的產出性技能訓練。學生可以在課內，也可以在課前自主完成該部分內容。
第二部分（part two：initializing the proiect）通過一系列學習活動，讓學生從語言、格式、文化、技巧等方面對本單元將要完成的項目進行學習。學習活動的設計既照顧到交際性，也包含對語言形式和文化知識的學習。在語言技能訓練上，本部分既注重接受性（即聽、讀）訓練，也包含適當的產出性技能訓練。
第三部分（part three：exploring the field）是單元學習的重點。這一部分提供一到兩個項目結果樣本或參考文本等。材料為閱讀篇章，類似於傳統教材中的主課文，或精讀課文。在語言技能訓練上，本部分以輸入性訓練為主，同時也包含適當的產出性（即寫、說）訓練。
第四部分（part four：constructing the proiect）是項目完成階段，也是每個單元的核心部分。這一部分的主要任務是提供項目執行過程中的各個階段與步驟的描述與指導，幫助學生收集相關資料，提供項目結果的最終呈現方式，同時要求學生在課上或課後展示和介紹項目結果。聽眾同時對其他同學的項目結果以及他們的展示或匯報進行評估。在語言技能訓練上，本部分以產出性技能訓練為主，同時強調學生在項目完成過程中的自主閱讀與聽力訓練。
第五部分（part five：assessing learning）為學生提供一個反思的機會，回顧自己在本單元的學習過程中都做了些什麼，學了些什麼，效果如何，還有哪些欠缺之處，下一步有什麼打算等。
