張全啟 ,主要從事海洋生物基因組學、遺傳學及優良品種培育研究,是魚類基因組學及遺傳育種團隊學術帶頭人,山東省泰山學者特聘教授;國家科技進步獎、教育部科學技術獎、山東省科學技術獎、海洋局海洋創新成果獎評審專家;中國遺傳學會基因組專業委員會委員、中國生物工程學會理事、山東遺傳學會常務理事;山東省優秀共產黨員,享受國務院特殊津貼。

學習與工作經歷

1979-1983:中國海洋大學(原山東海洋學院)海洋生命學院,獲理學學士學位。

1983-1986:中國海洋大學海洋生命學院,獲理學碩士學位。

1986-1994:中國海洋大學海洋生命學院,助教、講師。

1994.10-1998.2:日本廣島大學生物生產學部,獲哲學博士學位。

1998.3-1999.2:美國威廉馬麗大學海洋研究所,博士後。

1999.3-2001.2:日本水產養殖研究所科技廳特別研究員(博士後)。

1999.12—現在:中國海洋大學海洋生命學院教授、博士生導師。其中,

2003.10-2011.7期間,任中國海洋大學海洋生命學院院長。

主要研究領域

一直從事海洋生物遺傳學和基因組學研究,主要研究內容包括:

(1)魚類分子和遺傳學及優良品種選育;

(2)魚類染色體組操作與性別決定機制;

(3)魚類基因組學和功能基因研究;

(4)魚類胚胎幹細胞、生殖幹細胞分離培養、移植記借腹生子研究。

主要研究課題

1. 鮃鰈類高產、抗逆品種選育,國家“十一五”“863”課題,185萬。2006-2010。副主持。

2.名貴海水魚類苗種繁育,國家“十一五”“863”課題,60萬。2006-2010。參加。

3.利用種間雜交構建牙鮃和石鰈遺傳連鎖圖譜,國家自然科學基金,28萬,2007-2009。主持。

4. 優質抗病速生魚類良種選育,山東省農業良種工程重大課題,360萬,2006-連續支持。首席。

5. 鮃鰈魚類原始生殖細胞和精原細胞識別的分子基礎及其分離鑑定,國家自然科學基金,58萬,2010-2014。主持。

6. 泰山學者團隊建設經費,山東省委組織部人才建設項目,25萬,2010-2015。

7. 海洋動物細胞分子育種關鍵技術,國家“十二五”“863”課題,320萬。2012-2015。主持。
