如果怕給人奇怪，可以打眼色，不過傳遞的訊息效率不如咬耳朵高。
就是說話的時候嘴都要碰到別人的耳朵了，一般是指說悄悄話。
借用耳語時的姿勢表示說悄悄話，並無貶義。
