1990.9-1993.7:蘭州大學物理系學習,凝聚態專業碩士學位。化學氣相沉積技術製備金剛石薄膜。
1993.9-1997.1:中國科學院半導體研究所,半導體材料與器件專業工學博士學位。GaAs/GaSb高效疊層太陽能電池的製備與分析。
1997.1-1999.1:以色列特拉維夫大學電子工程系,博士後。光伏材料與器件中的載流子複合動力學研究。
1999.3-2000.3:日本北海道大學量子界面研究中心工作,從事半導體表面與界面的表征工作。
2000.3-2002.4:紐西蘭坎特伯雷大學工作,從事半導體材料的製備與光電錶征工作。
2002.4-現在, 大連理工大學物理與光電工程學院工作,任職教授。

研究領域
主要研究方向:
光伏材料與器件的製備與表征。主持國家自然科學基金、教育部留學回國人員研究基金、遼寧省自然科學基金、國防重大基金、科技部863重大項目(黑矽太陽電池技術,項目編號:20 11AA050516)、企業重大技術攻關,大連市太陽電池公共平台,大連理工-錦州太陽能電池研發中心建設等課題。
主要研究領域:
(1)黑矽太陽電池技術;(2)高效率n型矽電池技術;(3)太陽電池設計與仿真;(4)GaSb熱光伏電池與系統;(5) 光伏材料與器件的表征與分析。

高效率n型矽太陽電池技術,太陽電池設計與仿真。
2. 研究生培養目標:
通過研究生階段的學習和訓練,掌握太陽電池的前沿技術,以及獨立研發高效率新型太陽電池的本領,成為光伏產業技術進步的生力軍。
