前言

由國際水利與環境工程學會(IAHR)中國分會、中國水利學會水力學專業委員會和中國水力發電工程學會水工水力學專業委員會共同舉辦、清華大學水沙科學與水利水電工程國家重點實驗室承辦的“第六屆全國水力學與水利信息學大會”於 2013年 6月在清華大學召開。成功舉辦了五屆的這一系列會議已經成為我國水力學界的品牌學術研討會,對促進我國水力學和水利信息學的學科發展與學術繁榮起到了積極的推動作用。
本次會議的中心議題為:智者樂水人水和諧,包括四個分議題。這四個議題都針對我國水利水電工程建設中的熱點和難點問題,旨在促進學科發展、技術進步和工程安全,展現創新性的成果,對建設“美麗中國”做出應有貢獻。
本次會議得到了全國水利水電領域科技人員和廣大師生的熱烈回響和廣泛支持。大會收到論文近 100篇,其中包括中文論文 80餘篇和英文論文摘要近 20篇。作者來自水利水電與生態環境領域的科研、設計、學校、諮詢和管理等 28個單位。經過學術委員會所組織的專家審閱,錄用中文論文 79篇,其中 73篇論文將分別刊登在《水力學與水利信息學進展 2013》、《水利學報》和《水力發電學報》上。論文內容涵蓋:工程水力學,生態與環境水力學,水利信息學的新進展和海洋能源開發中的水力學問題。大會正值第 35屆國際水利學大會召開的前夕,參加該國際會議的部分英文論文將在本屆會議上宣讀交流,不進入本論文集。
本次大會的成果體現了兩年來水力學與水利信息學領域的最新進展和動態,從多方面、多角度體現了我國水力學學科的發展水平。我們相信本次會議為國內同行們提供了一個交流成果、切磋體會、共商發展的平台,進一步推動我國水力學與水利信息學的研究工作,使之更加生氣勃勃、發達興旺。
本次會議論文的編輯和出版過程中,劉樹坤、張永良、槐文信、李克鋒、吳建華等 47名專家在百忙之中對論文進行了審閱,付出了辛勤勞動,秘書處王連祥、張永良、陳文學、楊帆等同志作了大量的工作,在此一併表示衷心的感謝!
