調料:
黑椒烤肉料 40g
紅椒 1個
鮮醬油、清水、蜂蜜 適量
做法:
1、排骨洗乾淨,將所有調料混合均衡後,放入排骨,密封,冰櫃冷藏過夜(更入味)
2、烤箱180攝氏度,預熱後,把排骨放入鋪好錫紙的烤盤內,先烤20mins
3、鮮醬油+蜂蜜,調成醬汁,刷在排骨表面,再烤15mins後,將排骨翻面,刷醬汁,繼續烤15mins即可
