相關研究工作分別被Chemical & Engineering News、Nature Chemical Biology、Synform和Synfacts作為亮點評述。曾獲國家自然科學基金優秀青年基金項目資助(2012),入選科技部中青年科技創新領軍人才(2015),國家萬人計畫領軍人才(2017),中國均相催化委員會均相催化青年獎(2013)和中科院優秀研究生指導教師獎(2015),指導的博士研究生多人次獲得研究生國家獎和中科院院長獎,一人獲得中科院優秀博士論文獎。目前主要研究領域為過渡金屬催化的合成方法及套用研究,著重發展惰性C-H和C-N鍵活化新策略,在此基礎上建立烴類物質和資源小分子高效轉化的新反應。歡迎對有機合成、金屬有機化學感興趣的青年學生報考本課題組碩士、博士研究生。
