RH-102D 30工位觸摸式人機界面綜合測試機(雙頭30工位）西思特測試項目
插頭電源線綜合測試機適用於單頭、雙頭(多頭)、兩芯、三芯插頭電源線測試(也可依客戶要求設計多芯測試機)。內置耐壓機，內外高壓分別獨立可調,主控電路採用進口微電腦PLC可程式邏輯控制系統。可進行導通、極性、長度、絕緣電阻、極間高壓、極外高壓等項目測試。合格品由頂針頂出且在插頭上打上測試合格標記（如需要“T”標記，訂購需說明）防止漏檢或混入不合格品；不合格品有聲光報警且不能頂出，還可選裝不合格品自動剪下刀<訂購需說明>。隨著技術升級創新，多個型號產品實現人機對話觸控螢幕微電腦控制，內嵌不同測試模式及參數，只有許可權人員才能更改參數，測試更方便、安全可靠。

7.導通，極性測試Continuity&Polaritytest
測試原理Testprinciple：
a、感應式：感應式測試線材長度Inductivetestwirelength≥10pF
b、迴路式：極性點擊有聲光訊號指示，錯位有聲光報警提示，需按復位鍵停止。Loopmodes:polarityclickgiveoutsoundandlightsignalsinstructions,dislocationhasaudioandlightalarmprompt,needtopresstheresetbuttontostop.
測試結果類型Testresultmodes:
a、導通不合格，百分表不能達到合格點,聲光報警。ContinuityisNG,indicatorcan'tachievequalifiedpoint,giveoutsoundandlightalarm.
