第44屆全美音樂獎一年一度的全美音樂獎（American Music Awards）於當地時間2016年11月20日(台北時間2016年11月21日)在美國舉行。愛莉安娜-格蘭德獲得年度最佳藝人，比伯與賽琳娜分獲流行/搖滾類最受歡迎男、女歌手。未到場的比伯還獲得了最受歡迎流行/搖滾專輯、最受歡迎流行/搖滾歌曲、年度錄影帶等四項大獎，提名最多的德雷克也獲得了最受歡迎說唱/嘻哈歌手等四個獎項。
