樹枝形分子等生物材料的設計及其在生物醫學中的套用研究;
納米生物材料在早期癌症診斷及靶向治療中的套用研究;
基於樹枝形分子的主-客體系統的設計及其在藥物運輸中的套用;
生物兼容的納米材料在早期腫瘤診斷及治療中的套用研究;
將多維核磁等技術套用於納米藥物劑型設計及最佳化的研究。
社會兼職
2010年起擔任國際刊物Current Drug Discovery Technologies的Regional Editor‚曾擔任Open Journal of Pharmacology‚ Current Drug Discovery Technologies‚ Der Pharma Chemica‚ Local and Regional Anesthesia 等多個國際刊物編委(Editorial Board Member)‚ 先後70多次被邀請為30多個國際知名刊物的審稿人。

主要成果
自開展研究工作起一直致力於樹枝形分子等納米生物材料的研究工作,已經在Nature Materials‚ Chemical Society Reviews, Journal of the American Chemical Society‚ Journal of Physical Chemistry B等國際知名刊物發表第一作者/通訊作者SCI論文30多篇‚論文影響因子總和達160,被製藥科學和藥物化學領域知名刊物Chemical Society Reviews, Frontiers in Bioscience‚ Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences‚ European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry等邀請撰寫專題綜述6篇,所發表第一/通訊作者論文已有7篇(次)被雜誌選為出版當年、當季度的熱門或引用次數最多的文章。
