沙金,男,1980.12,碩導,副教授。

人物經歷

2007年畢業於南京大學物理學系,獲工學博士學位; 07至08年供職於美國OmniVision公司; 08年至今就職於南京大學電子學院微電子設計研究所。

研究方向

1-超大規模積體電路設計; 2-數位訊號處理的VLSI實現; 3-通信信道編解碼、加解密算法。主持國家自然科學基金,教育部博士點基金等科研項目。主要從事超大規模積體電路設計方面的研究。
