內容簡介
《實用英語綜合教程1（第2版）》是一套專科層次的公共英語教材，1995年正式出版發行。為了更加有利於學生英語套用能力的培養，結合這幾年使用《實用英語》教學情況及專科這一教育層次的英語教學要求，編寫組對《實用英語》進行了修訂。修訂後的《實用英語》第二版不僅適用於高專的學生，也適用於高職的學生。
與第一版相比，《實用英語綜合教程1（第2版）》側重改進了有關語言技能訓練，調整了讀、譯、寫、聽、說技能訓練順序與結構；降低了段落聽力理解訓練的難度，刪除了部分練習；適當調整了交際會話話題，增加了交際會話的訓練量；刪換了部分套用文，使之更加符合改革開放環境下的涉外交際需要。
書後附有配套多媒體光碟一張。光碟內容豐富，不僅提供了課文和練習的學習輔導，還開發了相應的語言技能訓練、辭彙學習、語法學習、單項測試、輕鬆一刻等內容，既方便教師備課參考，又為學生提供了生動活潑的自學園地。
