個人介紹
北京師範大學化學專業學士,美國韋恩州立大學分析化學博士,美國國立衛生研究院博士後。現任上海交通大學特別研究員,博士生導師。
主要從事RNA研究,開發PLOR方法合成位點選擇性標記的RNA,以核磁共振 (NMR)、X-射線自由電子雷射技術 (XFEL)、X-射線晶體衍射、單分子螢光轉移技術 (smFRET)、小角散射技術 (SAXS) 等為主要手段解析非編碼RNA的三維結構,結合生物化學、合成生物學及分子生物學等手段闡明核糖開關RNA調控基因表達及愛滋病毒RNA與蛋白質相互作用機理的分子機制。
