1995年廈門大學學士, 2004年美國加州大學聖克魯斯分校(University of California, Santa Cruz)獲博士學位,2004至2008年美國史丹福大學(Stanford University)博士後。2008年任中國科學院遺傳與發育生物學研究所研究員,百人計畫,博士生導師。

研究方向

人類感知、學習、記憶、思維、情緒均依賴於神經系統正確的信號傳導。然而,神經系統信號傳導究竟如何發生,是什麼機制確保信息傳導的連貫性和精確性並不清楚。本實驗室立足基礎,以秀麗隱桿線蟲為模式,綜合利用分子生物學,遺傳學,活體成像,生物化學等多種研究手段, 系統探索神經系統發育的分子機制。主要研究內容包括:軸突定向生長,神經細胞特異性識別,突觸形成與穩態調控。
